It Could Be Worse

Dudes,

It could be worse. You could sign up on Facebook and then have no one from high school want to friend you. That would be me. I don't get the satisfaction of ignoring requests from people I don't want to be friends with. Although, speaking of crazy, some people from the crazy Phoenix church (our version of a sucky 2008) have requested to be my friend. Somehow just ignoring their requests isn't very satisfying.

On to more important things. I was in a classroom today and looked at the May 2005 issue of Time. In case you've forgotten, that was when Episode III came out. I couldn't read everything, nor did I need to since I've seen the movie. But there were some cool things that I didn't know. Like in the opera scene there was a blue faced guy who was played by George Lucas. Also, his son played one of the Jedi who wasn't around too long. There were also pictures of the main characters in each episode. Which reminded me of something. Did any of you ever find out how old Obi Wan was in any of the first 3 episodes? Because and you well know, the Obi Wan Kenobe of Ep IV looks a lot older than the Obi Wan of Ep III.

As long as I'm thinking Star Wars, I don't suppose any of you heard 'Wait Wait Don't Tell Me' the NPR news quiz show from this past weekend. Their celebrity guest was Carrie Fisher. It was pretty cool. One piece of trivia is that during the filming of Ep IV, Alec Guinness got so tired of Mark Hamill asking him questions about his other movies that he gave him 20 lbs to leave.

Speaking of leaving, it's time for me to do that. Later.
