Dudes,
Last Wednesday I went to our local Brewpub. It's called Trinity Brewing Company. To give you an idea of what they're like, they have Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA on tap. You can also get in in a growler (64oz refillable Beer bottle for serious Beer people). It's the most expensive one they have, $19 to fill the Growler. I had one for Christmas. I managed to take care of 48oz my self and shared 12oz with the guy who I went to the Brewery last Wed with. But I digress. This place also has the most awesome Stout on tap. When they pour you one, it sucks some of the light from the room. But I digress. Last Wed night I had the Farmhouse Saisson. That's French for season, since it's a seasonal Brew. It was really dark and had lots of spices in it. I'm usually not a big fan of that, but it was really good. The kicker, and I mean this literally, was that its ABV was 12%. They don't list the IBUs there, which is odd for a place that has high quality Beer. I haven't had a Beer adventure since last July when I was at the Rogue Brewery and wasn't driving. You all should really visit that place, if you ever get the chance. But maybe you already knew that. Of course, going to BevMo last November with Mike, Ryan, and the little Pedersons was pretty fun as well.
I hope that all of this Beer talk has made you all thirsty and sent you to your respective Beer fridges for something very tasty.
