Dudes. Painting in the living room is done for now. The vaulted part was particularly daunting. I think the pic may not give an accurate depiction of the height, but I had to unfold my outside ladder thingie, which was fun. Anyway, you can get a little sense of the nasty color that the walls were, and the color that they are now. So. That's a good thing. I'm finally starting to get art on the walls, which is making this place look so much better. I think the former owners would probably pass out at the change.. at least the living room. I need to tackle the kitchen next... gawd.. pink counter tops. After months of deliberation, I have decided to just tile over what I have. I think it will ultimately be easier, and mainly cheaper. So...
